About This Project
Create a comfortable and stylish outdoor environment with our custom-manufactured and professionally installed sail shade system, designed to provide effective sun protection while enhancing the appearance of residential and commercial outdoor spaces.
This project included the fabrication and installation of three custom sail shades:
Two (2) sail shades measuring 14' × 28' × 28'
One (1) sail shade measuring 19' × 28' × 28'
The shades were constructed using durable Alnet® White shade fabric, providing excellent UV protection, reduced heat exposure, and a modern architectural look. The high-performance fabric allows airflow while creating a comfortable shaded area ideal for patios, pool areas, outdoor gathering spaces, and commercial environments.
The complete installation included:
Two (2) painted 5" × 5" steel support posts, each standing 9' high with color selected by the client
Two (2) concrete footings for secure structural support
Five (5) house-mounted anchors/sail brackets for proper attachment and tensioning
Complete hardware package including galvanized cable, clamps, D-ring thimbles, and turnbuckles
Each sail shade system is custom engineered and installed for proper tension, stability, and long-term performance. Our professional installation ensures a clean, secure finish while delivering reliable shade coverage and a modern outdoor design solution built to withstand everyday outdoor conditions.
