About This Project
We manufactured and installed thirteen open end spear awnings and twenty-six custom outdoor cushions to refresh the property's appearance and extend the life of its exterior amenities. The awning portion of the project included installing ten second-floor awnings and three first-floor awnings using premium Paxton Dew #4712 marine-grade striped fabric, providing enhanced durability, weather resistance, and a vibrant new look.
In addition to the awnings, we manufactured and delivered twenty-six custom exterior seat pads, recovering reusable foam where appropriate and replacing foam as needed to ensure long-lasting comfort and support. Each cushion was fabricated with durable Sunbrella® Upholstery Grade Spa #5413 fabric and finished with new zippers for easy maintenance and future fabric replacement. The completed project revitalized the property's outdoor spaces with high-quality materials designed to provide lasting performance, comfort, and an attractive, cohesive appearance.
