About This Project
Protect your entryway with a durable, low-maintenance custom PBR sheet metal flat canopy manufactured and professionally installed to provide long-lasting weather protection and a clean architectural appearance. This project included the complete replacement of a damaged existing awning with a new custom-built canopy measuring 8'4½" × 11'6".
The canopy was fabricated using a heavy-duty 2" × 3" and 1½" square U.S. Flo-Coat corrosion-resistant steel frame, engineered for superior strength and long-term durability. Both the frame and PBR sheet metal panels were finished with a white powder-coated coating, providing a clean, modern look while offering excellent resistance to rust, corrosion, and the elements.
To improve drainage and protect the building, the new canopy includes an integrated front gutter and downspout that efficiently channels rainwater away from the entrance. As part of the installation, our team safely removed and disposed of the existing damaged awning, installed the new canopy in its place, and sealed the connection to the building to provide reliable protection against water intrusion.
