About This Project
Our team completed a comprehensive awning restoration project that included the removal, refurbishment, and reinstallation of six custom awnings. Each awning was carefully removed from the property and transported to our facility, where the frames were professionally refinished and new custom-fitted covers were patterned and fabricated before being reinstalled.
The project included the restoration of one gable-style awning, three elongated dome awnings, and two standard closed-end awnings, each custom-sized to match the existing architecture. The elongated dome and standard closed-end awnings feature 6" loose valances, while the gable-style awning maintains a clean, valance-free design for a classic architectural appearance.
All new awning covers were fabricated using Sunbrella® Marine Standard fabric in Forest Green (#4637), a premium outdoor fabric known for its outstanding resistance to fading, mildew, moisture, and harsh weather conditions. Combined with the freshly refinished frames, the new covers restored the awnings' appearance while extending their longevity and performance.
This project demonstrates our expertise in restoring existing awning systems by combining skilled craftsmanship, premium materials, and meticulous attention to detail, giving our client a refreshed, like-new look without the need for complete replacement.
