About This Project
We manufactured and installed one custom flat mesh cover designed to integrate with the property's existing metal trellis structure, providing enhanced shade and solar protection for the outdoor area. The shade cover was fabricated to approximately 27 feet 9 inches wide by 18 feet 10 inches projection and installed directly onto the existing support framework using the client's provided 1-1/4-inch tubing attachment system. Ferrari® Soltis 86 fabric was selected for its durability, airflow, UV protection, and ability to reduce solar heat while maintaining visibility and comfort beneath the structure.
The installation was completed with attention to proper fabric tension and alignment to achieve a clean, professional appearance. The finished mesh shade system provides a functional and modern outdoor solution designed to improve comfort while complementing the existing architectural trellis.
