About This Project
This project included recovering four Van Nuys Awning manual exterior drop roll screens, each custom fabricated for a precise fit and professionally installed for smooth, reliable operation.
The project consisted of:
Two screens measuring 13'6" W × 10'3" H
One screen measuring 20'4" W × 9'3" H
One screen measuring 13'6" W × 9'3" H
Each drop roll screen was manufactured using Sunbrella® Black (#4608) awning-grade fabric and features a 4'5" tall clear viewing window sewn into the center, providing visibility while maintaining privacy and protection from the elements. To ensure long-lasting performance and enhanced stability, each unit was upgraded with a new Robusta® hem bar and cable guide system, allowing the screens to operate smoothly and remain secure during everyday use.
Our custom recovery services restore the appearance and functionality of existing exterior drop roll systems without the expense of complete replacement, delivering durable craftsmanship, premium materials, and a professional finish built to last.
