This installation features a 20' wide × 12' projection roof-mounted retractable awning supported by five heavy-duty roof mounting brackets for exceptional stability and performance. Powered by a premium Somfy® motor and operated with a Somfy® Telis 1 Patio remote transmitter, the awning extends and retracts smoothly, allowing you to enjoy shade whenever you need it.
The canopy is crafted with Sunbrella® Marine Standard Solid fabric in Mediterranean Blue Tweed (#4653), a high-performance fabric renowned for its outstanding UV protection, fade resistance, and long-lasting durability. Finished with a clean straight scallop and bronze hardware, this awning offers a timeless appearance that complements a wide range of residential and commercial properties. Custom hardware colors are also available upon request.
Our team provides complete professional installation, including connecting the awning to the client's pre-installed power source located within six feet of the unit. Every installation is completed with precision to ensure reliable operation and years of dependable performance.
For added peace of mind, the awning fabric is backed by a 10-year limited warranty, while the hardware and Somfy® motor, controls, and accessories are covered by 5-year limited warranties. To maximize the life of your retractable awning, it should be retracted during rain, high winds, and whenever it is not in use, as recommended by the manufacturer.
