About This Project
Create a distinctive architectural statement with our custom-manufactured and professionally installed Dome Awning, designed and fabricated to meet the exact specifications of the approved rendering. This project included the complete fabrication and installation of a custom curved awning structure featuring a radius back bar and premium detailing.
The custom dome awning measures 23'4" wide × 7' overall drop, including a 1'6" rigid valance designed for lettering attachment, with an 8' projection from the center of the radius. The unique curved design provides an elegant profile while delivering functional shade and weather protection.
The awning features a custom-fabricated steel frame constructed with 1" square tubing positioned above the fabric, along with a supporting substructure made from 1" hammered round tubing based on an approved sample. This combination provides structural strength while maintaining the refined appearance required for the architectural design.
The canopy was fabricated using Perennials® fabric, a premium outdoor textile selected for its durability, performance, and ability to withstand exterior conditions while maintaining a high-end appearance.
From custom radius fabrication to detailed frame construction, every element of this dome awning was carefully crafted and installed to deliver a one-of-a-kind shade solution that combines visual impact, durability, and exceptional craftsmanship.
