About This Project
We removed and responsibly disposed of the existing awning fabric before recovering three fixed, standard closed-end awnings with new high-performance architectural fabric. Each awning was carefully measured, fabricated, and installed to provide a refreshed appearance while maintaining the integrity of the existing framework. The project included three custom-sized awnings featuring 10-inch rigid valances, with dimensions of 48 feet wide, 26 feet 6 inches wide, and 19 feet wide, each with a 2-foot 6-inch projection and total drop. The new awnings were recovered using FIRESIST® Regatta fabric, a durable, weather-resistant material selected for its long-lasting performance, color retention, and clean, professional appearance. The completed installation restored the property's exterior with a fresh, cohesive look while providing dependable shade and enhanced curb appeal.
